Some Pictures I Played With

Throughout the semester I found myself taking pictures of nature such as: flowers, plants, and trees. The image of the tree with the pink flowers is a tree by my neighborhood that I think it's gorgeous! I couldn't wait until it bloomed so that I can take pictures of it. What is amazing of that I took this picture at night time, and with the manipulation it gave it light.

The orange plant/flower was very bright because I took it with the flash on, so when I manipulated it I recovered the image, and made it look better. Candles are one of my favorite things because they're so relaxing and soothing. I took a picture of a candle on my kitchen counter top, and manipulated it by playing with everything don't quite remember what I di to it, but I like it LoL :)

My Experience Creating the BooK!!

The idea of creating a book I thought was great! I just wish I would have more time to work on it and make it better. I'm pretty happy with it, but I'm pretty sure my book is the smallest one of all the others, but what's more important is that I understant, and know how to create a book. I can totally see myself creating more books in the near future. I can't wait to see the finished product next week. I'm very excited! The experience on putting it together was crazy! I was at school with 5 other classmates until about 11:00 pm, but we had the opportunity to bond and get to know each other on a more personal level. The pictures I posted are two of my favorite pictures of my book. The first one is a picture of two dancers at the barre doing plies. I didn't manipulate my pictures so much, but I did recovered, lighting, exposure and so on. To start of the pictures were very bright because the dance room has very bright lights, so I brought the light down a little, and it kind of made the images more dramatisized. The other picture I love! I think it's cool that the other two dancers are a little out of focus because it brings out the dancer in the middle. You can see the passion for dancing going through this dancer's body from her toes to the tip of her fingers. Overall, I think it's great that we had this assignment because you have an artifact to show your learning which I definitely think is important to have.
